We provide advice on all aspects of investment, both through the development of a sound investment strategy and through regular discussions about specific market trends and opportunities. In particular, early advice is provided on whether investments should be used for debt redemption. Advice and guidance are given on your investment strategy to be formulated at the start of the financial year. Formal quarterly reviews are provided to enable strategy adjustments that take account of both market information and changing circumstances. Throughout the year, specific advice is provided by phone and e-mail, as appropriate, in the light of market movements and developments.
The performance of your investment portfolio is monitored and analysed weekly, using a graphical matrix to support decision-making. This enables advice to be specifically related to your investment portfolio, strategy and objectives.
All our advice takes account of guidance issued by the Department for Communities and Local Government and the Devolved Administrations in Wales and Scotland. We will assist in the production of the required limits for non-specified investments and advise on the use of certain instruments within the guidance.
